Our products are handmade clay flower arrangements. Each item is individually crafted, and as such, slight variations in colour, shape, and size may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the unique character of each piece.

We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, but variations may occur due to differences in device displays or materials.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the methods shown on our website.
  • Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided.

5. Returns and Cancellations

a. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

b. Change of Mind

As our clay flower arrangements are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun, unless required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

c. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our clay flower arrangements are delicate. Avoid exposure to water, direct sunlight, or excessive heat. Products should be handled gently and kept out of reach of small children and pets. Damage caused by improper care is not covered by our returns policy.
