Every clay flower arrangement is individually handcrafted with care and attention to detail. This page explains how we prepare, package, and deliver your order.


1. Order Processing

Each order is made by hand.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your arrangement to be created before dispatch.

During busy periods (such as holidays or special promotions), production times may be slightly longer. If there’s any delay, we’ll contact you by email.


2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We hope to offer international delivery in the future.


3. Delivery Options & Costs

We’re pleased to offer free standard UK delivery on all orders — no minimum spend required.
You can also choose an upgrade at checkout for faster delivery.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are based on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.


5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering.
We can’t replace or refund items lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


6. Packaging

We use sturdy, recyclable packaging to ensure your flowers arrive safely and beautifully presented.
Where possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials to reduce waste.


7. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, your courier will usually leave a card or update your tracking information. Please follow their instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

We can’t accept responsibility for missed deliveries or delays once your parcel has left our workshop, but we’ll always do our best to help locate your order.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the packaging and contents.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nath@nathsimperfections.co.uk.
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
