Description

Three red peonies sat in a book vase surrounded by daisies.

Realistically sculptured, these carnations and daisies are made from air drying clay (cold Porcelain) with wire support.

Each of the elements are made individually and brought together, then additional colour is added with oil paints and pastel dust to give an extra element of reality. The secondhand book brought back to life by folding the pages into holders for each bloom.

Meaning – The red peonies respresents respect, love, passion and good fortune. Dasies represent hope and happiness.
